Ask : How to Installation ?

Answer :

1. To prepare the place for installing product and level the ground. There should be compressing the ground to increase strength before installing.

2. Bring the water pump to put in pipe of bath then input water into the bath almost full. The level of input water shall be over the pump otherwise it would be broken down by shorter period.

3. To pour water round product before plugging pump in order that water can enter to the system thoroughly and yet it is checking water level too.

Ask : Primary Maintenance ?

Answer : In case of adhered moss on the product and water bath : To Pump such waste water out then sponge around the stain and bath, and finally clean the product by water.

Ask : Caution for Cleaning ?

Answer : Don’t use any chemical for cleaning such as toilet washing liquid or detergent and brush.

Ask : Product’s weight ?

Answer : For every product design, we also have considered on transferring and shipping. So, our product is convenient to transport.

Ask : Delivery ?

Answer : Since we have a service of providing deliverer for customer, so we are just a coordinator for this delivery.
